DOMAINE DE TRÉVALLON BLANC 2023 — Provence

The Domaine de Trévallon Blanc 2023 is a rare and distinctive white wine produced in the heart of the Alpilles, Provence. Far removed from the classic style of Mediterranean white wines, it stands out for its depth, freshness and remarkable ageing potential.

The nose reveals a complex palette of citrus fruits, white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and delicate herbal and mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and textured, supported by beautiful freshness that brings balance and precision. The long, persistent finish gradually reveals the wine’s full complexity.

A gastronomic white wine with real character, particularly well suited to fine fish, shellfish, poultry with morels, mature cheeses or refined Mediterranean cuisine.

Founded in 1973 by Eloi Dürrbach, Domaine de Trévallon has become one of the most emblematic estates of the Alpilles. Located on the heights of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the estate enjoys an exceptional setting amid a landscape of garrigue, pine forests and limestone hills.

The vineyards are planted on very stony limestone soils, in an unspoilt environment where biodiversity plays an essential role. From the outset, Eloi Dürrbach adopted a deeply respectful approach to the terroir, with low yields and a constant focus on expressing the natural character of the site.

Trévallon’s wines are distinguished by their distinctive identity, freshness and remarkable ageing potential. The estate is particularly renowned for its red wine, while its white, produced in more limited quantities, offers a highly original interpretation of the Alpilles terroir.

The Domaine de Trévallon Blanc 2023 perfectly embodies this philosophy: a precise and complex terroir-driven wine, designed to evolve gracefully over many years in bottle.
