The Domaine de Trévallon Blanc 2021 is a rare and distinctive white wine, produced in the heart of the Alpilles in Provence. Like the estate’s other cuvées, it is deeply marked by its terroir, combining freshness, depth and remarkable complexity.

The nose reveals a refined aromatic palette of white flowers, citrus fruits, white-fleshed fruit and delicate herbal and mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is full and textured, with beautiful freshness providing balance and precision. The generous character is perfectly balanced by a fine sense of tension, while the long and persistent finish gradually reveals the wine’s full complexity.

A gastronomic white wine with great personality and excellent ageing potential. It pairs beautifully with fine fish, shellfish, poultry with morels, refined Mediterranean cuisine or beautifully matured cheeses.

Domaine de Trévallon

Founded in 1973 by Eloi Dürrbach, Domaine de Trévallon has become one of the most iconic estates in the Alpilles. Located on the hills above Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the estate enjoys an exceptional setting, surrounded by garrigue, pine forests and limestone hills.

The vineyards are planted on very stony limestone soils, in a wild and unspoilt environment where biodiversity plays an essential role. From the very beginning, Eloi Dürrbach has pursued a deeply respectful approach to the terroir, with low yields and a constant focus on expressing the natural character of the site.

Trévallon’s wines are distinguished by their distinctive character, freshness and remarkable ageing potential. While the estate is particularly renowned for its red wine, the true signature of the property, its white wine offers an equally unique and profound interpretation of the Alpilles terroir.
