La Collégiale – La Grande Liqueur is a distinctive creation that brings the spirit of ancient monastic elixirs back to life. Crafted in Mons, Belgium, by Maison Sicile, this characterful liqueur draws inspiration from 11th-century botanical traditions. It brings together 33 plants, roots, barks and resins, enhanced with honey, cane sugar and saffron.

Its brilliant golden-yellow hue promises a rich and captivating tasting experience. The nose reveals a complex aromatic palette, where chamomile, cloves, saffron and honeyed notes blend harmoniously. Despite its 49% ABV, the liqueur is remarkably velvety on the palate, combining the sweetness of honey with liquorice, candied citrus fruits and warming spices. The long, elegant finish leaves a lasting aromatic impression.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled, between 6 and 10°C, either neat or over ice, it also reveals its distinctive character in sophisticated cocktails. It pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, indulgent desserts and mature cheeses.
