With its floral notes of violet and candied apricot on the nose, it’s full-bodied, round and fresh on the finish. Les Cassines’ Condrieu owes its name to the small fishermen’s cottages on the banks of the Rhône, known as “cassines”.

Description

We have been cultivating our vineyards using organic farming methods since 2007.

Domaine de Thalabert in Crozes Hermitage and Domaine de Terre Ferme in Châteauneuf du Pape (55 hectares in total) have been completely organic since 2009. As of 2013, all our estates are farmed organically. We have started the certification process and should obtain it for the 2016 harvest.

The total surface area of the Paul Jaboulet Ainé vineyards is 113 hectares.
