Joseph Drouhin – Côte de Beaune blanc 2018

A real delight, a beautiful harmony! The Côte de Beaune from Maison Joseph Drouhin is very special since it comes largely from the estate (3 hectares) as well as young vines from the famous Clos des Mouches. The harvest is manual in small perforated crates in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit. If necessary, the grapes are selected twice: during the manual harvest, then on a sorting table in the winery. The whites go into barrels directly after settling. Aged in barrels, 20% of which are new, for a period of 12 months.
