TASTING
This Chassagne-Montrachet has a brilliant light yellow color. The nose is of great finesse, with mineral and slightly woody notes.
The wine is fat, pure, concentrated and balanced on the palate, with remarkable length.
An elegant, racy white wine, distinguished by its aromatic persistence and flavors.
Serve with fish, shellfish, scallops, white meats.

WINEMAKING
We have selected a winemaker who supplies us with musts of exceptional quality, which we then vinify in our Nuits-Saint-Georges winery.
Vinification lasts 4 weeks and takes place in French oak barrels (less than a third of which are new oak) in our cellars at constant natural temperature and hygrometry.
The wine is aged in barrels for 14 months, during which it is stirred regularly to keep the lees in contact with the wine. The result is excellent tension and aromatic complexity combined with a smooth, delicate palate.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPELLATION CHASSAGNE-MONTRACHET
At the end of the 19th century, like many other Côte d’Or villages, Chassagne chose to add the name of its best cru to its village name, which became Chassagne-Montrachet in 1879.
