Grand Cru classified since 1737, these wines offer an incredible balance between sweetness and acidity. These grapes come from parcels of Tokaji terroirs. An Aszu grain is a raisined botrytised grain. At Disznókő, the Aszu beans are picked by hand during several successive passages through the rows of vines. The Aszu wines of 3, 4, 5 and 6 Puttonyos and Aszu Eszencia are vinified according to a method established in the 17th century.
