“The Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos is a blend of Furmint, Zeta and Harslevelu, the maceration is done mainly with finished wine. It presents an exceptional bouquet: tangerine, quince and marmalade, as well as a sublime minerality and tension. The palate is very well balanced on mandarin, lime, orange peel and a touch of quince. It is a crisp wine, an unpredictable but convincing Tokaji with a very long and sustained finish.
