This Cassis appellation wine is made from Clairette, Marsanne and Ugni blanc and has a golden robe, a minty nose, followed by eucalyptus, which gradually gives way to toasted almonds. On the palate, this generous and aromatic fatty wine offers a delicate and fresh finish. Our gourmet advice: give it credit to fish and seafood; with veal cutlets Milanese, grilled peppers, risottos, tabbouleh with mint.
