Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné attaches the utmost importance to respect for the terroir and the vines. Under the leadership of Caroline Frey, the vines have been certified organic since 2016 and are cultivated using a regenerative approach.
Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné is a benchmark in its field, producing tailor-made cuvées in the Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Saint-Péray, Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu and Côtes du Rhône appellations.
