The nose is highly expressive, opening with an intense bouquet of red fruits, followed by elegant woody notes. On the palate, the wine is generous, rich and greedy. The attack is fresh, with a mid-palate texture that is both enveloping and structured, revealing fine, precise tannins.

The 2020 vintage comprises 85% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc. The wine was aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, giving it subtle, harmonious woody aromas.

Château Troplong Mondot, classified Premier Grand Cru Classé B, extends over 33 hectares and overlooks the village of Saint-Émilion.
