First life
Freshness and fruitiness of the first years. Enjoy within the first three years if you appreciate the wonderful fruity flavors. You can drink our whites both as aperitifs and with meals, accompanying almost any dish.
Second life
A different wine emerges between the third and sixth years! The fruit fades, evolving towards the flavors of “Jerez” and old “Sauternes”, “oxidative” flavors of an old “Sauternes”.
