This Cloudline is a wine with a ruby red color with some purple reflections; its bouquet is mainly composed of notes of field fruits, red and black; it is very supple and fresh on the palate with its flavors of ripe fruit; its balance is ensured by a subtle bitterness on the finish; drink now and over the next 2-3 years; serve at 16° Celsius with roast poultry, lamb, veal, pork, and why not with salmon, fillet or tartare.
