Located in the commune of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, white grape varieties represent 9% of the planted area of the Sénéchaux vineyard. The surface soil is calcareous clay sand. South, southwest exposure.
The white vineyard is treated with the same care as the red vineyard. The filling of the press is carried out by gravity with a light crushing of the grapes. The Roussanne and Clairette grape varieties benefit from a pellicular maceration. Then, cold settling is followed by thermo-regulated vinification (18° C).
The white wine from Domaine des Sénéchaux is made up of 33% Roussanne, 29.5% Grenache Blanc, 29.5% Clairette and 8% Bourboulenc.
