The perfect accompaniment to colorful, inventive cuisine, with a rare blend of mild spices. A rosé of the 4 seasons, airy, thirst-quenching and fruity for the first few months; then more mineral, complex, long and structured. Red mullet, bottarga, saffron, iberico de Bellota ham, anchoïade, Roquefort, arugula: these are just some.
In 1978, the de Saint Victor family established a foothold on this Bandolais land, which they farm using non-certified organic methods. After numerous expansions, the estate now boasts 52 hectares of terraced vines at an altitude of 300 m, forming a south-east-facing cirque. An essential reference in the Bandol appellation.
