Description

A 72-hectare estate, the soil is characteristic of the average terrace of the Graves de Bordeaux. Strongly gravelly with an extremely sandy matrix. Dissected into remarkably exposed and perfectly drained sections. The average yield is 45 hl. Driven by a passion for their wine, the Larrivet Haut-Brion team oversees its development daily, from the rigorous and meticulous care given to the vines to the harvest of healthy grapes that have reached perfect maturity. The capital stage of the finished harvest then begins, in the heart of the cellar, the subtle work of vinification and aging of the wines, the result of real know-how.
