Description

First Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion, the reputation of Château La Gaffelière has spanned the centuries. Over the past fifteen years, many investments have been made, in particular the restructuring of the vineyard, the development of a new vat room allowing very precise plot vinification associated with the installation of a cold room, the purchase of an optical sorter , a vertical press. Since 2004, the property has been followed by Stéphane Derenoncourt.
