Château Haut Mazeyres “Enclos”, Pomerol, 2020

Curiosity, a drop of Malbec in a blend dominated by Merlot, with Cabernets as an extra. The color is deep, the nose still under the influence of the barrel, where this wine spent eighteen months. Behind the vanilla and roasted aging aromas (coffee and cocoa), airing reveals lovely notes of black berries. Supple and fresh at the same time, the mouth is also very marked by the woody vanilla of the stave, but its coated tannins ensure a good finish.
