Castello della Sala is located in Umbria near the border with Tuscany, 18 km from the historic site of Orvieto. This superb wine, a blend of Orvieto Classico Grechetto, Procanico, Pinot Bianco, Riesling and Viognier and with very low yields exudes aromas of violet candies. The palate is mineral with a pleasant hint of bitterness. To be enjoyed without moderation with seafood, vongole pasta, etc.
