Conte della Vipera is a fine tribute to the chateau’s original owners, and its label features an illustration of the chapel of San Giovanni (St John), a small chapel on the estate.
This particularly sophisticated wine is a blend of carefully selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes with a small additional percentage of Semillon. It is fermented in wood and aged in bottle for several months.
