Backing onto the Colline de l’Hermitage, one of the most beautiful vineyards in the world, this little stone house with its blue shutters was once a haven of peace for winegrowers: a place to work, rest and share in the midst of a legendary terroir. Today, this workman’s house has been given a new lease of life. Winegrowers and horses occasionally take shelter here. This blue house still serves as a shelter for the grapes used to dry the straw wines produced by Maison Jaboulet.
