Supervision of vatting and temperature control, technical mastery and know-how that allow Paul and Fredrik Filliatreau to give the Cabernet Franc grape variety all the richness of the clay-limestone terroirs of the Domaine. This cuvée perfectly represents Saumur Champigny on the fruit and to be consumed slightly refreshed.
