Description

In the heart of the village of La Livinière, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, Jean-Michel Cazes (Château Lynch Bages, Grand Cru Classé Pauillac) discovered an exceptional terroir and created Domaine L’Ostal Cazes. This terroir produces wines of character, including this splendid rosé. The color is very pale, brilliant and slightly pinkish. The very complex, delicate nose is a subtle blend of rose petal and grenadine. On the palate, the attack is supple, light and fresh. On the finish, a pleasant sweetness accompanies the fresh aromas of grenadine for a long time. A great rosé from a great House! Drink as an aperitif with summer salads or grilled poultry.
