Domaine l’Ostal Cazes Rosé 2023 – Vin de Pays d’Oc Magnum

In the heart of the village of La Livinière, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, Jean-Michel Cazes (Château Lynch Bages, Grand Cru Classé Pauillac) discovered an exceptional terroir and created the Domaine L’Ostal Cazes. From this terroir are produced wines of character but also this splendid rosé. The color is very pale, shiny and slightly pink. The nose, very complex, of great delicacy, is a subtle blend of rose petal and grenadine. On the palate, the attack is supple, light and fresh. On the finish, a pleasant sweetness accompanies the fresh aromas of grenadine for a long time. A great rosé produced by a great House! To drink as an aperitif with summer salads or grilled poultry.
