The 2023 vintage is characterized by fresh aromas of white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear) and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it stands out for its minerality, freshness, and balanced finish.
Pairs perfectly with seafood, grilled fish, or goat cheese.
Domaine Daulny is located in the heart of the appellation on a terroir of Kimmeridgian marl and limestone. Today the estate extends over 16 hectares, mainly in the town of Verdigny, in Chaudenay, a hamlet dating from Roman times (Chaldenaicum in Latin).
