Beautiful garnet color, its nose is delicate and fruity, in mouth the attack is fine and fruity on well coated tannins, a nice balance and a nice aromatic palette with a fresh and clear finish of a nice length.
Our gourmet advice: a good match with braised ham, veal ravioli with truffles, chocolate fondues or ewe’s milk cheeses.
Moulin du château la Lagune is full of elegance and depth. It is elaborated with the same concern for perfection as the Château de la Lagune, with a selection of the best young vines. Only the blending and the maturation are a little different.
