Fruit of the combined efforts of Philippe Gard and oenologist Andy Cook, Consolation comes from the best parcels of the well-known domains of Coume del Mas and Mas Cristine.
Les Filles de Mai is a macabeu vinified in barrels of two to four wines. The nose expresses woody and floral notes. The palate, in unison with the bouquet, appears round, slightly marked by ageing, and offers a fine saline finish.
A true Catalan grape variety, harvested at perfect maturity and vinified in barrels.
A very straight white, notes of pear, peach and citrus with a hint of bitterness at the end
