In a cognac world where taste has changed very little since the 19th century, Quintessence is the vision of an exceptional cognac of our time, inspired by the producer’s admiration for the great vintages of Bordeaux 1er Cru. After 25 years, the cognac is housed for a further 10 years in younger barrels aged 12 to 15 years, whose exuberance allows the cognac to reveal its history, the minerality of the wines, the freshness of the Premières Saveurs, the harmony of the three great aromatic phases and that impression of infinite length.
