MANI Kombucha – Kaffir Lime

MANI Kaffir Lime is MANI’s signature recipe: an organic, alcohol-free and delicately sparkling kombucha made from fermented tea. This original version stands out for its beautiful balance of freshness, acidity and subtle sweetness.

The nose reveals vibrant, fresh aromas of freshly pressed kaffir lime (combava), with an appealing sense of freshness. On the palate, the fine effervescence brings lively freshness, while the kaffir lime expresses itself through citrus notes and delicate herbal nuances. The finish is clean, fresh and refreshing.

Made from an infusion of green tea, black tea and lemon verbena, this kombucha is organic, vegan, gluten-free, free from colourings and low in sugar (3.5 g/100 ml). A refreshing and original drink, ideal as an aperitif, with light dishes or simply as a thirst-quenching break.
