In 1896, the Roux family acquired Château du Trignon, which was then a traditional Provencal farm. Since then, several generations have refocused the business on the vine and expanded the estate to include several neighbouring appellations. A qualitative approach has also been taken, with the construction of a gravity-fed vinification cellar, the adaptation of the grape varieties to the terroirs and the air-conditioning of the cellars. In 2006, one family took over from another. Jérôme, Jean-Baptiste, Geneviève and Florence Quiot, enchanted by the Dentelles de Montmirail and products with character, wanted to perpetuate Château du Trignon.
