The Gauby estate is located in Calce, 20 km north-west of Perpignan, and covers some 85 hectares, including 45 hectares of vines up to 120 years old, and a further 40 hectares of meadows, oak forests and garrigues of incredible, unique aromatic complexity. The estate’s environment is highly preserved, wild, arid, steep and undulating (up to 300 meters altitude). It offers magnificent terroirs whose vertical strata allow the roots to plunge deep into the soil. Terroirs composed of limestone, marl and schist.
