Les Grains Blancs de mon jardin secret – suisse 2022

Only the sixth vintage for this wine made by Caroline Frey in the Swiss Valais. She works her 1,200 m2 vineyard in Valais “like a garden” and does everything herself. From vineyard work to wheelbarrow harvesting, as well as monitoring the vinification of the few barrels… This very limited production makes it a rare wine, with only 500 numbered bottles released each year.
