Developed by double maturation, this Single Malt first underwent a first maturation in French oak barrels (20% new + 80% red) and then a second maturation by refining for 6 to 12 months in ex-white wine barrels syrupy. The finishing barrels, which contained exclusively Sémillon, come from Château Doisy-Daëne, Grand Cru Classé of Sauternes-Barsac.
