Guillaume Pin cultivates and vinifies only one Savoyard grape variety, Jacquère, bathed in the rising sun, the vines are located on an exceptional terroir, at the foot of Mont Granier in Savoie. He thus concentrates on the objective of taking the Apremont out of its image of raclette wine. Guillaume Pin’s Apremont is a mineral, saline, subtle and of course dry wine, in short, a pleasant wine with a real personality.
