This golden-colored wine opens with a complex and fine nose of honey and very ripe fruit. The palate, ample and round, carries the accents of the grape variety with its flavors of acacia honey and candied fruits and those of the terroir with its long mineral finish.

Description

Pascal Bellier produces Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny in white, red and rosé between Loire and Sologne, at the gates of Chambord, on some 45 hectares. The plots – some of which are over fifty years old – are planted on a limestone base covered, depending on the case, with clay-siliceous soils (cabernet, pinot noir, gamay) or sandy-rocky soils with a silty tendency, rather planted with sauvignon. , Chardonnay and Romorantin.
