Deep purple color. Fruity nose, with hints of wild strawberry, blackcurrant and fresh rose. The palate is elegant, crisp, full-bodied and immediately pleasing. The tannin is fine, distinguished and expresses all the quality of the vintage: freshness, definition of fruit, ripe tannins with a silky touch. This is a great Tourelles with a promising future, which will also enable us to appreciate the vintage in its youth.

Description

Les Tourelles de Longueville is one of the estate’s two second wines. Named after the château’s emblematic turrets, it embodies all the charm of the place. The grapes that make up the blend come mainly from the Sainte Anne parcel, planted predominantly with Merlot, giving this wine a personality all its own. Les Tourelles is an invitation to a gourmet experience, full of charm, roundness and voluptuousness. This wine offers an introduction to the spirit of the Pichon Baron estate. It can be enjoyed young or cellared for over 15 years.
