Gourmet, The Unique Whiskey Michel Couvreur is drunk as an aperitif, at low temperature, or even chilled. Light and fine, it is worked to obtain an aperitif whiskey which will not alter the tasting of a wine during the meal.
Colour: Opaline tint.
Nose: Iodine fragrance with a hint of almond, vanilla sweetness, light florality.
Palate: nerve and roundness.
Grain Whiskey comes from various malted and non-malted cereals, distilled by “Coffey Still” (Name of one of the inventors of this still) that is to say by continuous distillation. Aged 4 years in oak barrels, it is reduced to 44% with water from the Pentland Hills. Light and fine, it is worked to obtain an aperitif whiskey that will not alter the tasting of the wine during the meal.
