This Meursault is a refined wine, appreciated the world over. It has a lovely golden colour and rich aromas of honey, lime blossom, hazelnut butter, and sometimes chamomile or hawthorn. The palate is silky and round. The very long finish evokes yellow plums and gingerbread.
This is a great vintage in which, despite their slightly sweet character, all the wines retain their geographical typicity. The 2022 harvest was very fine. The aromas are honeyed and fruity, with hints of dried fruit. The acidity, higher than in 1999, reinforces the sensation of freshness.
