A wine that is always fresh and aromatic. The colour is pale yellow, with green reflections. On the nose, aromas of fresh grape, slightly acidic. Fresh on the palate, sometimes with a pleasant “gunflint” note. Good balance between softness and acidity.

Description

The grapes come from all over Burgundy, mainly from Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Côte Châlonnaise. The maturity of the 2022 whites is there, with particularly aromatic wines. Citrus fruits and ripe fruits are mixed with delicate floral fragrances, very often accompanied by some slightly spicy pastry notes. The palate, tender and fleshy, is based on a very present substance. Boasting a pleasant roundness and a delicious finish, the wines of this vintage are balanced and offer excellent aging potential.
